Wade has over 25 years of military, federal, and state law enforcement experience. During that time he served with the US Border Patrol, Federal Air Marshal Service, and is currently employed by a large state agency as one of the lead firearms instructors. Wade uses his training, experience, and continued professional development to educate his students. He also regularly competes in USPSA, IDPA, and PCSL matches to test his skills as a shooter.

Wade's career exemplifies his ability to not only apply his skills, but also his passion for teaching. Wade has a knack for communicating in a clear and effective way that delivers results.
